Comfort food ko ang ice cream. Pag gutom ako at kapos sa oras kuamin, ice cream. Pag depressed ako, ice cream. Pag stressed ako, ice cream. Pag masakit ang ulo ko, ice cream. Pag happy ako, ice cream. Ice cream is the answer to all problems. At naipayo ko na rin yan sa isa kong friend, kaso mukhang hindi sya naniwala.

If you are familiar with the softee ice cream sold in convienience stores like Mini-stop, that's what I am referring to. Depending on the season, it is available in vanilla, strawberry or chocolate. In my place, it costs Php15.00. It is still sold even on rainy days and yet most patronizers of the product are still buying.

Minsan kumakain ako ng ice cream sa office kahit alam kong bawal mag-dala ng pagkain sa workstation. Regular na kasi ako eh, may sungay na kaya pasaway. One time in an elevator, I heard a group of friends talking, and their conversation goes something like this:

officemate #1: Sarap ng ice cream no?

officemate #2: Oo naman.

officemate #1: Pangalawa ko na nga ito eh.

officemate #2: Takaw ah. Ang lamig lamig na eh, tapos nag a-ice cream ka pa.

officemate #1: Eh masarap eh.

officemate #2: Dadalhin mo ba yan sa desk mo?

officemate #1: Hindi no, bawal yun eh.

Good thing I wasn't eating ice cream by that time, or else I might choke on it while eating. The one who mentioned it is just one cubicle away from me. But then the remark is not for me, and officemate # 1 is not the type of person who would do such things.

Too bad I don't have any supplies of ice cream at home. I badly needed one.

Funny thing, because I was about to edit one of my categories when the screen turns gray and returns a php error at the bottom. I'll file the bug next time when I regained my password to the forums...

My dreams are weird lately.

Dream #1: The first one I dreamed about is an event where I, along with my highschool friends, are waiting for a jeepney. We noticed that the train above us (we are just underneath the tracks) is moving erratically... when suddenly they fall in front of us. After the accident, we are so thankful that the train didn't fall on us (but it fell on the persons in front of us) and then decided to get home. We went home by riding the same train line.

Dream #2: This is more of a dark age wherein the demons are invading the neighborhood. The setting is set on a province. Morning is safe, but when the dark comes all the demons came out and attacking the villagers. Since most of the demons are in-disguise, you really didn't know who to trust. I tried escaping them. There have been a change of sceneries but the outcome doesn't change; the villagers always loses the battle. I also tried to 'chase' the sun to avoid the demons, but to no avail (You can't really chase the sun to avoid nights). There have been also some rituals of some sorts (It is freaky to see children murmuring by themselves... if they are not afraid of the demons then they are demons).  I got to mention: I tried escaping them by jumping from roof to roof. It sounds like a good video game though.

My mom commented that I should stay away from my mangas for a while, lolx.

JLPT Exams are scheduled on December 7 2008. I have requested for a copy of the Application Form, all I need is to 
put a picture and pass it. There is no turning back... Actually there is, but then the next opportunity to take the exam will be next year. Doom.

I tried testing myself for Level 3 but appears that... I always get 50% of the sample quiz. I should pass 60% to pass.

Oh well, there's still 4 months to practice. But I need to pass that registration paper first.

I hope I'll pass because we're gonna need a sack of Japanese words if my plan to visit Japan will materialize.

I was surprised that my project manager scheduled a meeting with me. It is uncommon for her to give one-on-one meetings, so I thought I did something wrong again. AFter all the hussle & buzzle, it is just to inform me that I have an increase. It is nothing to brag about (it is just measly), but then I haven't performed way to their standards so I guess it is just a so-so on my part. On the other side of things, I'm still enjoying my work (and still learning) so I think I'll gonna stay here for now.

I feel envy for the people who can write freely and express their thoughts through their blogs... but then that's not enough reason for me to stop, diba diba? Sige subukan mong mag disagree, hihilahin ko dila mo, lolx

Gabi nanaman, malamang late nanaman ako bukas. Ang aga ko nga pumasok sa office kanina pero late naman ako umuwi, eh di ganun din, parang nag-OTY na rin ako. Tapos bukas conference call nanaman, malamang eh lilibakin nanaman ako ng mga taga-US. Good luck na lang sa akin.

(Okay, bago maging workblog ang entry na ito, titigil na ako, pramis...)

On the other side of things.. I'm so happy na ang dami kong nabili sa eBay ngayon... Hmm, pede rin mabenta ang mga yon, hehehe. I'll reveal them when I receive it (that is kung sisipagin ako). basta meron dung manga. Pwede na rin akong magbasa sa gabi kasi meron na akong LightWegde kakabili kong sa sa FullyBooked. But wait, there's still more. Dahil chinarge ko siya sa credit card (kawawang credit card, puro charge) eh nakakuha naman ako ng Discount Card, 10% discount din yun hehehe. Mas mura sa National Bookstore kaso matagal ang pag-iipon ng refund dun, sa FullyBooked Discount Card 10% discount agad... yun nga lang, depende sa items yun. Yung sa Laking National kahit ano... oh well, at least discounted hehehe... By the way, baka bumili ako ng LightWedge Paperback para sa mga manga ko, hekhek.

Sana mabili ko yung Saint Seiya bukas... that is kung makakagising ako ng maaga. Pag ndi ako magising, next week nanaman ang opportunity kong mabili yun.

My long neglected blog is in the ashes...  Kelan pa yung last entry ko? Mukhang wala naman ata akong mailagay dito eh. It seems that "work" is controlling me again. I'd rather not post any work-related here. Nasa bahay na nga ako, work pa rin aatupagin ko...

Hanggang ngayon eh wala pa rin akong panahon para i-upload ko yung ibang pics... hayyy tamad... Bigla ko naman tuloy na-miss yung eyeglasses ko. Nawala ko kasi yan eh, hahahaha. Next sweldo na lang ulit ako magpapagawa ng bago.

Natapos ko na pala yung Golden Compass at Subtle Knife. Nakakabitin kasi cliffhanger pala yung Book2 sa Book3. Medyo nakakaasiwa yung ending kaso mukhang maraming details na na-left out at (sa tingin ko) eh masasagot sa Book 3. Yun nga lang, bibilhin ko pa yung Book 3 (Amber Spyglass). Ang hirap magkwento ng hindi nang-iispoil, lolx. Punta na lang kayo sa Wikipedia just in case na gusto nyo malaman yung details.
